Do you think twice about visiting the dentist because of concerns about cost? At Lebanon Complete Dentistry, our dentist and team understand those concerns and want to work with you to find solutions for paying for your dental care in Lebanon, Ohio.

We work with most PPO dental plans but do not accept HMO plans at this time. To expedite your visit, please call our office prior to your appointment to confirm your coverage, and remember to bring your insurance card with you. Our team members can assist you with filing your claim and provide you with an estimated cost of your care. As an additional service to you, we can review your policy to help you find ways to get the most out of your benefits. If you have a co-pay or other cost not covered by your insurance, we accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit cards

If you do not have insurance and need to stay within a budget, you may want to consider financing your treatments with CareCredit®.
